On the morning of May 22, ERP project starting meeting of Shandong Jinzhong Science & Technology Group was held at Operational Maintenance Hall of the group, which marked the group would use ERP system as information management platform, and implemented overall information management level. Gao Shaohe, the Party Secretary, Board director and general manager of the company, Cui Zaide, the vice general manager, Fan Shaochen, the vice general manager, Wang Deye, secretary of the discipline inspection commission and chairman of the trade Union, relevant department chiefs and key users, and project implementation team of Qingdao Survey Management Consulting Co., Ltd attended the meeting. Gao Shaohe pointed out, the group should concern ERP implementation. The first was to unite thought and to improve understanding, and to understand important meaning of ERP work. Gao Shaohe stressed, decision of the company on implementing ERP was unchangeable. All company leaders and department managers must concern the project. After the project started, company ERP relevant works were priority level, and various departments should arrange ERP works according to implementation plan, and ensured ERP project operates on time.

On the meeting, the group information working team representative introduced project situations, responsibilities and overall plan. Representative of Qingdao Survey Management Consulting Co., Ltd introduced project team situations and ERP concepts.
